1. Acceptance
By installing OrdoLink or accessing ordolink.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Trollmoj AB, Sweden.
2. The Service
OrdoLink provides a WordPress plugin and a SaaS backend that generates internal link suggestions for your posts. The service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and plans
Each WordPress site installation is treated as a separate account. The Sandbox plan is free with limits. Paid plans are billed monthly via Polar and are subject to their billing terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use OrdoLink to index content you do not own or have permission to process, to attempt to reverse-engineer the backend, or to circumvent plan limits. Abuse may result in account suspension without refund.
5. Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime at this stage. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. No SLA is offered on any current plan.
6. Intellectual property
The OrdoLink WordPress plugin is open-source software. The backend service, brand, and website are proprietary to Trollmoj AB. Your content remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trollmoj AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OrdoLink. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
