2. What data we collect

When you install and connect the OrdoLink WordPress plugin, we collect:

• Your WordPress site URL
• Post titles, permalinks, and excerpt metadata used to build the link index
• An API key generated per site installation
• Your billing email address (if you subscribe to a paid plan, processed via Polar)

We do not collect the full body content of your posts, personally identifiable information about your visitors, or payment card details.

3. How we use your data

• To generate and serve internal link suggestions for your posts
• To enforce per-tier limits (indexed post count, active sites)
• To manage your subscription and send transactional emails
• To diagnose technical issues and improve the service

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Polar as our payment processor; their privacy policy governs how they handle billing data. We may share data where required by law.

5. Data retention

Your site index is retained for as long as your account is active. If you uninstall the plugin and request deletion, we will remove your site data within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

This landing page does not set cookies. The OrdoLink backend may set a session cookie for authenticated API calls from the WordPress plugin.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of OrdoLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
